After designing this character, I realised that it may need more legs as beetles/other insects have six or more legs. I think it also looks more bug-like with six legs rather than four. I decided to try out different leg designs on simple bug drawings, trying to chose which ones would work and which ones wouldn't. I think that the ones I might consider are either the top left, or the bottom left. I decided to colour them in a darker grey to make them stand out more.
